    Job Description:
    Web Marketing Manager

    We are looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed and data-driven digital expert to join the Web Marketing team supporting the Windows 365 (W365) product website.

    This role leverages customer and market insights to define the web experience strategy and drive execution and delivery of web tactics to support Windows 365 web direct sales, campaigns and initiatives.

    Collaborating with Product Marketing, Direct Sales, Brand, Content and Creative partners, a successful Web Marketing Manager translates a value proposition into effective web experience strategies and storytelling that resonate with target audiences.

    The Web Marketing Manager partners with Web Development and Operations to bring experiences to life and leverages reporting and tools to manage and optimize the customer experience.

    Responsibilities
    Serve as Web business stakeholder and customer champion in advocating for the W365 site experience:


    • Identify experience gaps to understand customer satisfaction, motivation, etc and develop insights to inform customer web needs and behaviors
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for projects and ensure content is effective in driving intended behaviors
    • Develop web site strategy and experience brief outlining objectives, scope, research inputs and plan of action in coordination with UX and project stakeholders.
    • Establish specific KPIs and ensure necessary reporting is in place to measure and report on effectiveness and optimize results.
    • Partner closely with Development and Operations teams on delivery of experiences, including prioritization, clarification of requirements, and project management.
    • Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly business readouts to key stakeholders to ensure business, experience and operational goals are being tracked and met
    • Develop actionable plan to improve the in-market performance of W365 Web Direct.
    • Use customer and market insights to develop hypotheses and create a test-and-learn plan for improving experiences and functionality across the web ecosystem. Optimize in-market experiences to meet customer's needs and channel KPIs through iteration based on customer feedback.
    • Inform and influence colleagues and cross functional teams to successfully achieve Web Direct goals
    • Ensure customer and business data drives all plans, activities, decisions.
    • Effectively analyze data to make decisions, define new strategies, and deliver measurable results.
    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years Web Marketing, Web Management, E-Commerce, Communications, Marketing Operations, Program Management, or related experience
    o OR equivalent experience.


    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously amid ambiguity and in a highly collaborative organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and across multiple business teams and levels of leadership
    • Adept at collaboration and building partnerships across organizations
    • Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter that uses data to strengthen the impact of the role
    • Highly adaptable and thrives in structures that evolve based on the customer and business needs
    • Work with a "no task is too small" attitude
    • Outcome oriented, with an emphasis on creating "wow" experiences for our customers
    • Fosters an inclusive work environment, open to taking and receiving feedback
    AB Testing / User Testing research to verify improvements to the site
    Adept at looking at web analytics and looking at data to derive insights and determine next actions
    Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
    Site conversion perspective and a customer satisfaction perspective
    Clear Communication (written/verbal) with various stakeholders
