Job Description
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operations.
Identify and solve complex, systemic issues affecting product quality and production efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing goals are met.
Perform root cause analysis to identify and eliminate sources of quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure supply chain efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding environments.
Experience in ISO regulated facilities.
Proven ability to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
An understanding of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing.
