    Job Description

    • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operations.
    • Identify and solve complex, systemic issues affecting product quality and production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing goals are met.
    • Perform root cause analysis to identify and eliminate sources of quality issues.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure supply chain efficiency.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

    • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding environments.
    • Experience in ISO regulated facilities.
    • Proven ability to design and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • An understanding of safety standards and regulations in manufacturing.
