The Musco Entertainment Engineering Team is currently seeking a Entertainment Engineering Supervisor to work from our Oskaloosa office.This position will focus on managing and assisting the Entertainment Engineering team's day-to-day activities including designing, programing, visualizing, and supporting lighting/entertainment controls/shows for sports, and architectural venues around the world.

Entertainment Engineering Supervisor:
Manage and assist the Entertainment Engineering team's day-to-day activities.
Willing and able to travel to venues to ensure the lighting system is operating as expected.
Assess customer's values and technical requirements associated with each project. Provide design solutions for light/audio/visual show programming to meet these requirements using appropriate products and software.
Program lighting control systems of varying complexity.
Program audio/video synced light shows for venues around the world.
Build, utilize and share pre-vis content for customers and sales.
Communicate technical information both written and verbal.
Commission, field installation, and enhancements of light show products, troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Other duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful:
2 or 4 year degree in Lighting Design, Theater, Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, Mixed Media, or related field.
Practical experience of 2-5 years a plus.
Experience managing a team of creative/technical individuals.
Experience managing complex technical lighting projects from start to finish.
General proficiency in computer skills.
Understanding of lighting networks, fiber, and network debugging.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with internal and external team members and with customers on jobsites.
Strong attention to detail.
An unwillingness to leave a project unfinished.
