About the Employer:

Our client is one of the leading suppliers of automotive spare parts and industrial products worldwide. Their product portfolio includes spare parts for German, British, and Scandinavian vehicle brands. Since the 1970s, the company has been known for its quality and reliability. The team is now looking for a new addition as a commercial sales support specialist - automotive department (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:


  • Processing customer inquiries from creating price lists to order processing
  • Assortment maintenance
  • Creating and managing orders and other process steps, such as stock orders, special procurements, clearance items, etc.
  • Supplier management, including maintaining the supplier database
  • Creating price lists for customers
  • Monitoring market developments, needs, purchasing behavior, and potential new sources and brands
  • Monitoring open items
  • Handling complaints
  • Participation in projects, such as developing an online shop

Requirements:


  • Completed commercial training (foreign trade, automotive, or industrial) or a comparable business degree
  • Previous experience in sales support for technical products, ideally automotive spare parts
  • Passion and/or interest in the automotive industry
  • Handson mentality
  • Independent, responsible, and resultsoriented work style
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
