We are currently looking for:

Team Leader Service (m/f/d) MIWE Original Parts

Your responsibilities:

  • Professional management of approximately 10 employees
  • Responsibility for sales and profit targets
  • Monitoring and control of service processes in the area of original parts
  • Handling of inquiries regarding spare part offers, complaints, returns, etc.
  • Active strategic spare parts sales including pricing
  • Collaboration with materials management regarding availability and demand
  • Processing of service documents and documentation
  • Evaluation of employee improvement suggestions and support in their implementation
  • Organizing the use of personnel, machinery, materials and supplies
  • Conducting regular employee meetings and promoting employee development
  • Active involvement in the selection of new hires
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
