We are looking for colleagues who want to grow with us and our brands. We are currently seeking qualified and personable individuals for our location in Ohrdruf. Your responsibilities will include planning, controlling, and monitoring the production process, as well as improving it.

You will also have leadership responsibility for a production team, and will be responsible for personnel planning and coordination of employees.

You will use SAP to record, evaluate, analyze, and present production metrics.

You will also initiate and support continuous improvement processes and guide TPM teams with the goal of developing your area of responsibility.

Your qualifications include a completed qualification as a master or technician, a degree in food technology or a comparable engineering degree, and several years of leadership experience.

You should have strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as analytical and conceptual abilities, and be goal and results-oriented.

You must be willing to work in a shift system, and may be required to work on weekends.
