Description
Job DescriptionDevelopment of complex commercial proposals and contracting mechanisms.
Studying the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company's goals and industry regulations.
Sign-off of bid/project terms in accordance with own levels of delegated authority and obtaining further corporate approvals in accordance with company delegations of authority.
Support to the production and assessment of supplier request for proposals (RFPs) ensuring risk mitigation and value for money is achieved and meets customer's needs.
Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to ensure strategic business objectives are met.
Contract administration of the allocated projects to maximize profitability and ensure timely achievement of project objectives.
Management of the commercial elements of the contract change control process.
Providing contractual guidance and coaching to the project team and briefings on project commercial issues when required.
Building effective commercial customer relationships and assuming commercial focal point for allocated projects.
Development and continuous improvement of commercial processes and procedures within the business.
As required, lead and project manage bid teams to ensure robust proposal responses are submitted on time and with appropriate governance and rigor.
As required, provide additional project/programme management support and expertise to meet business needs.
Identify, develop, and launch initiatives and tools to support the delivery of sales and profit targets.
Develop relationships with key technology providers to enable us to develop forward-thinking sales and support programs for our customers.
Responsibility for all Sales and Commercial program analytics and data science.

Degree:
