    This role is remote with occasional travel obligations. Candidates applying as BCBAs must reside in Georgia or be able to travel to the state for three consecutive days each month.

    Clinic location: 24 Joe Kennedy Blvd, Statesboro, GA 30458

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
    • Create customized behavior intervention plans.
    • Maintain a consistent, dependable client schedule.
    • Deliver direct services as required.
    • Offer ongoing support to families and team members.
    • Ensure program implementation aligns with company standards.
    • Work closely with BCBA peers.
    • Attend quarterly in-person supervision at the clinic.
    • Report to the Clinical Director.
    • Hold a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
    • Be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
    • Have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in ABA services.
    • Demonstrate leadership skills within a team setting.
    • Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 lbs independently and repeatedly.
    • Interact effectively with clients, including bending, twisting, and quick movements.
    • Hold valid TB and background check clearances.
    • Travel to the clinic once a month. In-state BCBAs must be present at the clinic for one full day monthly, while out-of-state BCBAs must visit for three consecutive days monthly.
    • Comfortable with remote work technology.
