We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a nonprofit organization in Rincon, GA, with an unwavering commitment to professionalism and excellence rooted in evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to profoundly impact the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

New BCBAs are welcome

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:30a-5p

Benefits:
$5,000 sign-on bonus with $2,500 paid upon hiring and an additional $2,500 after 6 months of employment.

Key Position Aspects:

Supervise ABA Services:
Oversee the implementation of ABA services for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities. You will work closely with the Assistant Program Director, who is also a BCBA.

Case Management:
While exact caseload sizes may vary, you will not be assigned more than ten individual cases.

Service Settings:
Provide services in different settings, with a majority of services offered within the clinic.

Billable Hours:
Maintain a billable goal of 25 hours per week.

Any hours worked beyond this goal will be paid at a rate of $40 per hour at the end of the year.

Orientation and Training:

Begin with a 1-week orientation on-site, followed by two weeks of shadowing other BCBAs, the APD, and Behavior Technicians to ensure a smooth transition.

Professional Development:

Participate in weekly group meetings to discuss peer reviews and articles, as well as weekly meetings with your supervisor, the Assistant Program Director.

Administration Support:
Administrative staff handle case scheduling, insurance, and related tasks, allowing you to focus on clinical care.

Data Collection:
Utilize Central Reach for data collection and Safety Care for crisis intervention.

Qualifications:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
