    Compensation:

    100,000+

    Responsibilities:
    • Be ready to devote yourself to team commitments and a full-time career of growing your real estate business. (Commission-based, part-time agents do not apply)
    • Be a team player Learn from and accept feedback from team and share your ideas and strategies.
    • Be enthusiastic and positive with team and clients
    • You don't need to know how to do everything. We will help guide you and teach you to think and be solution focused
    Qualifications:
    • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
    • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
    • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
    • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
    • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
    • Be ready to dive into an exciting and energetic work atmosphere
    • Organized and manages time effectively
    • Technology-driven
    • Interested in sales or has sales experience
    • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
    • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
    • Ability to operate in a high-paced environment
    • Be your authentic self while embodying our team approach
    • Ability to manage different stages of the buying process and buyer emotions
    • Ability to delegate
    • Ability to be compassionate and move your client toward their goal
