- Provide copywriting and graphic design support to all Children's Advocacy Center for North Texas, third-party, and auxiliary events in line with agency brand standards. Must be able to design collateral for all digital and print content including promotional items, presentations, flyers, brochures, and signage. This requires coordination and fine detail work to ensure collateral is error-free.
- Utilize design platforms such as Canva and Adobe Pro to create innovative digital content for social media, email marketing campaigns, event webpage(s), and digital marketing.
- Execute communications strategy for all agency fundraising events as well as creation?of content for all event social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) with the purposes of promoting opportunities for volunteering, donating or procuring in-kind items for support, recognizing and stewarding donors, and building awareness around CACNT's events.
- Oversee and maintain promised sponsorship and donor benefits for all events such as logo acquisition, artwork information, event webpages, social content, and onsite recognition.
- Work collaboratively with the development team to execute event donor stewardship strategy, including email, print, and digital communications.
- Maintain all promotion, advertising, email, and print production schedules with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Capture photo and video content of agency events for media and historical purposes. Maintain professional and organized archive for all graphic design files, photo and video content, and marketing files using SharePoint.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in marketing/communications field required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing/communications role required, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Advanced working knowledge of Canva Business, WordPress, MailChimp and/or other email marketing platforms is required. Experience with video editing, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Venngage, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Skilled at being creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, flexible, possessing a positive attitude, tact, good judgment, cultural sensitivity, and working well as a team member with staff, community professionals, and volunteers.
- Skilled in copywriting based off content and facts provided; ability to maintain confidentiality with client stories.
- Knowledge and experience in digital express-content creation and associated growth strategies.
- Computer competency, with preferred knowledge of Raiser's Edge, Canva, Hootsuite, Network for Good

This position is responsible for managing the Center's Social Media presence, collateral materials, website, branded items, etc. The position will be the lead content creator for the Center. Additionally, this position will provide support to the Development Team in all aspects including event support, donor cultivation, grant research & writing, and reporting. In partnership with and under the supervision of the Assistant Development Director, the Development Associate will support the Center's overall fundraising goals, working towards four focus areas: data integrity, donor acquisition, donor engagement, and donor retention.
Essential Functions
Salary starting at $55,000/year
This position is based in the Lewisville, TX office, but the candidate must be willing to work at all offices (Bridgeport, Lewisville, and Denton) when agency needs arise. Additionally, candidates must be willing to attend and help with all center events both offsite and onsite.
