- Supervise a team optimizing power flow models, maintaining registries, and managing emergencies.
- Lead electrical distribution operations processes such as Outage Management, VOLT/VAR assessments, and ADMS.
- Be an expert in systems restoration, contingency analysis, grid load balancing, and AMI optimization.
- Analyze operational technologies in the industry, focusing on grid modernization solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure.
- Develop training programs on new grid technologies for staff.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of grid solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in electric power operations.
- Experience in Outage Management, VOLT/VAR assessments, and ADMS.
- Knowledge of electric power distribution systems and operations.
- Experience with grid modernization technologies.
- Experience with OSI, GE Reliance, or related SCADA systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of NERC compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
