- Coordinates warehouses, truckers and customers for delivery
- Tracks and traces orders and shipments
- Processes and monitors imports shipments and orders
- Provides customer centric service
- Retrieves data from database and spreadsheets for past and current orders.
- Escalates unresolved issues to the attention of the supervisor.
- Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.
Requirements:
- High school Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required
- Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically proficient in Excel and Search Engines
- Knowledge in import/export procedures of US realm is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills is required
- Customer Centric thinking is required
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- SAP experience a PLUS
