Compensation:
$110,000 to $140,000 annual
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients' tax compliance and planning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other entities
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' financial positions and minimize tax liabilities
Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to address tax-related issues, provide guidance, and support decision-making processes
Assist with tax audits and inquiries from regulatory authorities, representing clients' interests and resolving issues effectively
Stay current on industry trends, legislative developments, and best practices in tax planning and compliance
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive support, and exceptional service delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
Demonstrated experience in public accounting or tax consulting, with a focus on corporate and individual taxation
Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement tax planning strategies that align with clients' business objectives
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details:
$110,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
