InQbrands' signature brands for home living and outdoor living and outdoor recreation categories includes Trustmade, InQracer, Upland and Modern Muse.

These brands offer an extensive range of branded items including kitchen and bath, patio furniture, pool robot cleaners, inflatable paddleboards, e-scooters, e-bikes, camping roof top tents, and portable air conditioners.

We specialize in business-to-business sales and the types of our target clients include Big Box Retailer, Specialty Stores, Outdoor and camping equipment store, Sporting goods store, Farm and ranch supply store, RV and motorhome dealership, etc.

The full-time Sales position offers:

  • Significant autonomy in determining how to best achieve revenue targets / sales goals
  • Opportunities for onthejob training and advancement, using advanced tools and technology
  • Base Annual Salary $55K$65K + Sales Commission (Max. to 4% of the sales GMV)
  • Paid vacation and company observed holidays
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonus
- inQbrands offers a rich benefit package after 90 days of continuous employment which includes 100% employer-paid employer-selected medical plans, 100% employer-paid dental/vision insurance, as well as 100% employer-paid short-term and long-term life insurance. Better yet The company contributes 3% of your salary automatically even if you do not contribute to our 401k plan.

The main responsibility of this position includes:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients in the outdoor living and outdoor recreation industries.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities and target potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our product lines and their unique features, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with our company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that promote our products and brand.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry developments to effectively address clients' needs and inquiries.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Continuously track sales performance against targets, analyze data, and provide reports to management.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand industry knowledge and establish our presence as a trusted supplier in the outdoor living and recreation market.

Preferred Background / Skills / Competencies

  • Minimum 13 years' related experience
  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Selfmotivated with ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Camping & Sports industry, Outdoor Furniture, Kitchen and Bath Category product lines sales experience preferred
