Are you an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist/Front Desk person looking for a career change? Do you want to be part of a great team and culture with a patient focused general dentistry practice.
Our new PCC/Front Desk/Receptionist will have the responsibilities and qualifications below:
Responsibilities of the PCC/Front Desk/Receptionist include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect copayments
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide support to dental staff as needed
Qualifications of the PCC/Front Desk/Receptionist:
- Previous experience working in a dental office is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic dental record systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
