    Description

    We have an opening for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a product experience design team by delivering business objectives through the creation of superior user experiences for clients and internal team members.

    Lead a product design team, including defining and measuring design strategies that drive client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention to create demand and accelerate revenue growth
    Champion creating a differentiated and competitive user experience by using storytelling and persuasion to connect strategy and vision
    Drive high-quality, user-centric experiences
    Hire and retain top user experience design talent by driving career development and performance
    Develop highly innovative solutions and recommend to executive leadership for prioritization
    7+ years of experience designing UX solutions for software, web applications, and/or mobile native apps
    ~3+ years of experience leading product designers, with a proven track record of building and managing strong, effective design teams
    ~ Demonstrated ability in creating user experience designs that create a competitive advantage and measure the effectiveness of designs with end users
    ~ Demonstrated ability in working with a variety of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
    ~ Demonstrated ability in best practices, key findings, and evidence-based rationalization of design decisions
    ~ Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, Psychology, HCI, Human Factors, other related fields, or equivalent work experience

    In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus.
