As an "Operations Manager" at our company, you will have a challenging and diverse role in an international team. With your extensive expertise, strong leadership skills, and passion for service quality, you will play a crucial role in the efficiency and performance of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the service desk team, including direct and indirect reports, and ensuring performance according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Developing and implementing procedures for delivering high-quality services both internally and externally
- Overseeing productivity, escalations, outdated tickets, incident/request validation, general quality, and inventory management
- Implementing ITIL processes and promoting automation in service delivery
- Resource management for optimal resource utilization and continuous improvement of resource utilization year over year
- Creating management reports on team performance and the environment being managed
- Developing and implementing service improvements and cost reduction measures
You bring the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure delivery in the end-user computing environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape and experience managing the entire IT infrastructure
