    Description

    DiFilippo is currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who embodies passion and a sense of purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we take pride in setting the standard. In this role, you will master our processes to cater to our existing 2,000 business clients, foster relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and guide a team in executing these responsibilities. As you become proficient in training your team, you will transition into the Agency Director position by honing the necessary skills utilizing our established systems. This position offers a weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the existing client base
    • Exploring new business prospects (B2B)
    • Supervising team activities and outcomes
    • Training and mentoring new team members on current systems
    • Providing daily reports on field operations using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Concentrating on daily tasks like recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
    • Proven time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Proficient in supervision and leadership
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Effective performance in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding environment
    • Devotion to assisting individuals and fostering connections
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
