Since January 1st, the cardiac medical facilities of Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the former German Heart Center Berlin (DHZB) have become one unit.

At the German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC), we combine our expertise to establish an internationally leading heart center that sets new standards in patient care, research and teaching, infrastructure, and logistics.

We aim to create an attractive working environment and offer modern development opportunities. The DHZC comprises a total of eight clinics and institutes with around 2,500 employees and has approximately 470 beds.

Under the leadership of Ms.

Beate Vock, the approximately 20 employees of the DHZC personnel team are responsible for handling the entire spectrum of personnel-related tasks.

They serve as a point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties and work together with them to clarify various issues.

The merger with the cardiac medical departments of Charité also presents exciting additional tasks for the personnel work.
