Your responsibilities

After thorough training, you will independently take on the responsibility of construction projects and ensure a smooth process, ultimately leading to successful handover.
Project management and support
Coordination with clients
Cost estimation, tendering, negotiation, and awarding of contracts
Ensuring quantity, quality, deadlines, and costs
Commercial construction management: invoice review and approval
Staff allocation and management of the technical department

Your profile

Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or completed technician training
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD is advantageous
Organizational skills and a results-oriented approach
Motivating communication skills combined with assertiveness
