    Description
    Century Group has partnered with a growing CPA firm who is in search of a Senior Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience with individual tax returns and closely held businesses, including LLCs and S-Corps. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $125,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    Prepare individual and pass through returns
    Research and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters
    Identify tax planning opportunities
    Handle and resolve tax controversies
    Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
    Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner and manager


    Requirements:
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
    Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
    Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
    Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
    Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to multi-task on multiple Client engagements
    Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting
    3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm required
    Excellent analytical and technical tax skills
