    Description
    Century Group has partnered with a growing CPA firm who is in search of a Senior Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience with individual tax returns and closely held businesses, including LLCs and S-Corps. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $125,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    Prepare individual and pass through returnsResearch and draft memorandum involving complex tax mattersIdentify tax planning opportunitiesHandle and resolve tax controversiesManage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlinesProvide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner and manager


    Requirements:
    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAble to communicate with professionals at all levelsAble to communicate complex information to a variety of audiencesExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task on multiple Client engagementsStrong leadership, training and mentoring skills


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm requiredExcellent analytical and technical tax skills
