- Lead on the development of a comprehensive US client services strategy that aligns with the company's core values and contains clear KPI's/Measures of success.
- Identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and lead the development of proposals and presentations for prospective and current clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, lasting relationships based on trust, communication and understanding of their needs.
- Building out a high performing US team to continue Cognite's growth in the US.
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant science or Post-graduate or PhD is desirable.
- Previous experience in a Medical Communications agency is essential.
- Experience developing and executing strategic plans for department and agencies including content, client management and growth strategy.
- An in-depth knowledge of medical communications, regulatory requirement and industry trends.
