    Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Masters degree a plus

    6+ years of progressive finance experience, with a preference for backgrounds in Public Accounting, Private Equity, or Investment Banking.

    Solid track record of driving efficiencies and improvements.

    Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.

    Experience in leadership and team-building, with a passion for nurturing talent.
