- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management and reporting
- Help determine Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Develop Models for new business ideas, products, and channels
- Support monthly close process, and executing SOX controls
- Support continuous improvement initiatives surrounding data quality, and systems capability.
- Prepare variance and trend analysis, and provide proactive recommendations for addressing variances to budget
- Provide ad hoc analytics
- Detailed understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting concepts and modeling
- Experience with planning and analysis software tools (experience with Adaptive Planning software a plus)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements
- Strong critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify trends in financial data and develop creative solutions to address negative trends
- Ability to organize and analyze large datasets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in a company with multiple routes to market is a plus
- Experience supporting Product Management and Engineering is a plus
- Experience in a High Tech Company is a plus.
- 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience, complex challenging environment Bachelor's Degree (Finance preferred), MBA a plus Accounting background a plus

The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for a wide range of Vivint planning, financial analysis and management reporting, including providing financial support to Vivint management.
