- Lead the Enterprise Deal Desk process / initiatives
- Lead Finance's forecasting process of Enterprise business
- Maintain pricing / profitability guidance for the enterprise sales team
- Assist the enterprise sales team in preparing customer pricing proposals
- Assist with the annual budget process
- Assist with monthly overall business forecasting process
- Provide monthly variance analysis to senior management and the various departments
- Create presentations for the board and senior management
- Evaluate financing options and strategies to maintain an efficient capital structure that supports ongoing operational and strategic funding needs
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations on pricing strategies
- Lead pricing change implementation through Finance
- Work closely with Enterprise Sales, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to ensure financial reports and metrics agree
- Assess contract terms and risk
- Identify KPIs and assist with KPI reporting
- Assist with creating and maintaining financial dashboards
- Periodic special Finance projects that will interact with the Strategic Finance, FP&A and Accounting teams.
- Other duties as assigned
- 4 Year / Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or General Business
- Graduate Degree, MBA or MSA in Finance, Accounting, or General Business
- CPA certification
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to be flexible, while managing changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills

Job DescriptionJob Summary
Senior Manager of Deal Desk/FP&A will report directly to the Director of FP&A and will assist with deal structure, pricing, terms, and review of Enterprise deals along with all financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, product/service offerings pricing, and modeling. They will also work closely with the management team as it relates to business development, and operations, marketing and sales strategies. This person will be an integral part of the Finance & Accounting group and will work across the entire organization.
