    Senior Data Analyst - Medicaid/Medicare Reporting

    Role:
    Senior Data Analyst

    Area of Expertise:
    Medicaid/Medicare Reporting

    Salary:
    $75,000 - $101,000

    Location:
    Remote (Excluding Ohio, Wyoming, and North Dakota)

    Employment Type:
    Full-Time, Direct Hire

    Qualifications:
    Ability to develop complex metric reports and perform quality assurance (QA) for regulatory reports.

    Experience in validating data and conducting root cause analysis.

    Proficiency in entering report data into Collibra as needed.

    Skilled in interacting with business stakeholders, providing recommendations, and offering guidance.

    Capable of mentoring junior analysts (Levels I, II, and III) and performing technical reviews of reports.

    Familiarity with identifying reports suitable for production scheduling and collaborating with production teams.

    5 to 7 years of SQL and SAS experience in a healthcare setting.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide direct support to Clinical Operations, understanding their business processes and workflows to translate them into reporting requirements.

    Analyze requirements driving Clinical Operations workflow and translate them into reporting specifications.

    Monitor changes in the Jiva workflow system to assess impacts on regulatory reports.

    Code complex reports related to Clinical Operations.


    Types of Projects:
    Support Clinical Operations by developing reports that align with their workflows and requirements.

    Translate Clinical Operations workflow requirements into actionable reporting needs.

    Monitor and assess changes in Jiva workflow system to ensure accurate regulatory reporting.

    Develop and code complex reports specific to Clinical Operations.
