    Job Description: Senior Data Analyst

    Role: Senior Data Analyst
    Area of Expertise: Delivery Services
    Salary: $75,000 - $101,000 (negotiable based on experience)
    Location: Remote (Excluding Ohio, Wyoming, and North Dakota)
    Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Strong understanding of healthcare aspects in a hospital setting, including patient flow, bed management, and inpatient utilization management.
    • Proven ability to identify insights and opportunities by analyzing hospital key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to hospital leadership.
    • Experience in creating and maintaining routine analytical reporting requests using systems like ServiceNow.
    • Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in SQL for authoring and reviewing code is essential.
    • Epic certifications/proficiencies in areas such as Epic Cogito Fundamentals, Cogito Tools Admin, Clarity Data Model, or Caboodle Data Model are required.
    • Familiarity with analytical tools and BI systems (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI) in a healthcare setting is preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a data and analytics-related field such as Business Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop analytics on various hospital KPIs to derive insights and opportunities for business stakeholders.
    • Create EPIC RWB (Reporting Workbench) and Dashboards for clinical stakeholders.
    • Provide analytics from EPIC Grand Central module to hospital leadership.
    • Integrate disparate datasets involving utilization, bed management, and patient flow metrics from Clarity and Caboodle.
    • Collaborate with Analytics Organization teams to develop self-service BI solutions for business stakeholders.
    • Conduct analytics for patient flow improvement and bed management.
    • Collaborate with Team Lead Analyst on projects to deliver analytics insights to leadership.

    Types of Projects:

    • Hospital KPI analytics to support business decision-making.
    • Development of EPIC RWB and Dashboards for clinical use.
    • Integration and analysis of utilization, bed management, and patient flow data.
    • Implementation of BI self-service solutions for business stakeholders.
    • Patient flow and bed management analytics to drive operational efficiencies.
