In the field of commercial services in construction and facility management, our focus is on purchasing and logistics for non-trade goods and services, as well as providing administrative support.

Our portfolio is divided into different categories, ranging from pencils and promotional materials to shelves for our stores and even electricity.

We also have our own storage facility, where our logistics professionals ensure the timely distribution of non-trade goods to our stores.

The Processes and Controlling team advises the different categories on process optimization, implements these improvements through projects, and provides relevant key figures, data, and evaluations.


What you'll do with us:


As a key driver, number cruncher, communication expert, and idea generator all in one, you will have the opportunity to optimize processes in the logistics department with your innovative ideas.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the team to optimize, digitize, and automate processes and technical procedures for our nontrade goods logistics
  • Working closely with colleagues from nontrade goods logistics and various internal departments (e.g. IT and purchasing) to support change processes
  • Questioning existing structures and processes with the relevant interfaces, identifying weaknesses and potential areas for improvement, and developing suitable solutions and recommendations
  • Your goal: Continuous process optimization in collaboration with all areas of nontrade goods logistics
  • Keeping track of key figures, data, and facts and creating
