  • Setting up, operating and monitoring production machines and systems
  • Carrying out setup and conversion work according to production plan
  • Ensuring smooth production processes and troubleshooting
  • Quality control of manufactured products and compliance with quality standards
  • Documentation of production data and performing minor maintenance work

M.E.H.R. Competence

  • Completed training as a machine and plant operator or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in operating and maintaining production machines
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Willingness to work in shifts and potentially on weekends
  • Reliability, teamwork and initiative
