We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time:

Employee (m/f/d):

for our financial accounting department

You make the difference:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
You have professional experience in financial accounting, preferably in a hospital setting
You have experience in accounts payable and receivable
Knowledge of SAP FI and MS Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage
You are known for your structured, meticulous work style, communication skills, initiative, and ability to work in a team

This is what matters:

Review and processing of open items in the area of accounts receivable management
Processing of incoming invoices and handling of payments
Collection of outstanding balances from health insurance companies and selfpayers
Ongoing correspondence with health insurance companies, selfpayers, and close collaboration with our medical controlling, debt collection agency, and financial accounting department
Participation in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial statements according to H
