We are looking for a:

HR Specialist / Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

What convinces us about you:


  • You are responsible for the smooth running of administrative HR processes such as personnel changes, contract creation, maintenance of personnel master data, and preparation of payroll.
  • You create employmentrelated documents from entry to exit, such as employment contracts, contract and salary changes, and references.
  • Together with the HR Business Partners, you advise managers and employees on all questions related to their employment.
  • You work closely with our external service provider for payroll
