As a team leader (m/f/d) for our customer service at our location in Pirmasens


For almost 25 years, TelePower GmbH & Co KG has been a strong partner for professional and efficient customer service.

Our teams in customer service at the 4 locations in Pforzheim, Pirmasens, Landau and Eppingen create satisfied customers every day for many renowned companies in Germany.


For our location in
Pirmasens, we are currently looking for you as a team leader (m/f/d) for our customer service.


Your tasks will include:


  • Administrative and organizational support for the Pirmasens team
  • Planning and management of your customer advisor team
  • Continuous development of your team
  • Technical training/coaching of employees
  • Ensuring quality requirements and customer satisfaction
  • Support of operational management in daily business
  • Technical contact person for the client

We expect the following from you:

  • Confident and friendly demeanor and social competence
  • Customer and employee orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
  • High communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Determination, flexibility, reliability and teamwork
  • A good affinity for numbers and assertiveness
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
  • A structured and resultsoriented way of working
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in team leadership
