**Tus Responsabilidades**
Como trainee Market Research and Customer Experience Analyst, dentro de la direccin de Protection & Client Management, la persona seleccionada se ocupar de apoyar en las iniciativas estratgicas relacionadas con los productos de proteccin, especialmente analizando el entorno competitivo, apoyando el desarrollo de nuevas propuestas de valor y analizando el Customer Journey de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora en su experiencia con nuestros productos y servicios.
Para ello, sus principales funciones sern:
Analizar la competencia y su propuesta de valor para anticipar retos y oportunidades en el mercado.
Ayudar en la definicin de nuevas propuestas de valor, como nuevos productos y/o servicios que permitan desarrollar nuestra cartera de clientes.
Ayudar a desarrollar nuevos modelos de relacin con nuestros clientes que nos permita acompaarlos a lo largo de todo el ciclo de relacin con el producto y la compaa.
Analizar la experiencia del cliente e identificar y proponer iniciativas de mejora.
Garantizar un enfoque cliente en todos los proyectos, entendiendo las necesidades y expectativas de los diferentes segmentos de clientes.
Comprender las mtricas de la compaa, desde la visin cliente.
Defender la voz del cliente en la organizacin.
**Tus habilidades y experiencias**
Esperamos que la persona que se incorpore en el equipo rena las siguientes habilidades y experiencias:
Formacin universitaria relacionada con Ingeniera, Matemticas, Estadstica, Marketing o Administracin de Empresas.
Preferiblemente experiencia en el sector de seguros, banca, farmacutica, venta masiva, mercado en lnea y otros sectores afines.
Dominio del ingls (hablado y escrito).
Dominio alto de las herramientas de ofimtica (Microsoft Excel, Power Point y Word).
Compromiso con la organizacin y alto sentido de la responsabilidad.
Capacidad analtica y desarrollo de nuevos enfoques.
Capacidad de sntesis e interpretacin de resultados.
Capacidad de aprendizaje, comunicacin y trabajo en equipo.
Capacidad de planificacin, autonoma, flexibilidad y orientacin a la mejora continua.
Proactividad e implicacin, orientacin al cliente y resolucin de problemas.
**Informacin Imprescindible**
Se requiere poder realizar un convenio de colaboracin con la Universidad y/o Escuela de Negocios de un mnimo de 6 meses con posibilidad de extensin.
Jornada parcial de 9 h a 14 h.
