    Exciting Opportunity:
    Join us as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at CCC, collaborating closely with the Product Development team to ensure the overall reliability and availability of critical applications. This role demands a deep-rooted passion for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and taking ownership of the application lifecycle.

    • Contribute to building an SRE culture by sharing best practices and documentation with engineering teams.
    • Create runbooks/playbooks to document knowledge and ensure critical system information availability.
    • Configure and maintain monitoring tools related to the target application.
    • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability, implementing necessary changes within the software delivery lifecycle.
    • Automate manual tasks within the system.
    • Collaborate with developers to meet non-functional requirements such as security and performance.
    • Resolve escalations and prevent incident recurrences through processes and automation.
    • Participate in high-severity incident responses, ensuring SLAs are met.
    • Assist in managing the error budget of the product development team.
    • Conduct blameless postmortems to foster a culture of learning from failures.
    • Engage in product engineering activities and mentoring team members on SRE practices.
    Requirements:
    • Prior experience in DevOps, Software, or Site Reliability Engineering at an enterprise level.
    • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and documentation.
    • Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and Agile methodologies.
    • Skilled in system management, monitoring, and analysis.
    • Proficiency in SQL queries and problem-solving.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Tech Stack
    • Java, J2EE, RESTful services, SQL, etc.
    • JavaScript, jQuery, JSP, Struts, etc.
    • Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.
    • Jboss, Kubernetes, Lambda, etc.
    • Jenkins, CI/CD, Git, etc.
    • Python, Anisble, etc.
    Nice to Have
    • Experience in maintaining application and infrastructure reliability.
    • Proficiency in infrastructure as code practices.
    • Ability to build CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
    • Skilled in troubleshooting cross-platform issues in cloud and on-premises environments.
