About Us:

Bloser & Hock Real Estate (BHI) is a young real estate company that operates in the market as a holder, developer, and operator.

With the goal of continuous portfolio growth, our owner-managed group operates with focus and sustainability in the Berlin metropolitan region.

Our young team is characterized by flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes, where fun at work and within the team is not neglected.

We are looking for another co-founder / co-managing director and shareholder for the group, who will lead the companies with passion, enthusiasm, and dedication and drive further company growth.

Responsibilities:

Your tasks will include:

Entrepreneurial management and development of the BHI group
Independent management, development, and control of various business and company areas:
Rental (apartments, commercial, other)
Finance, accounting & controlling
Property management, administration, and administration
Acquisition, sale, real estate development
Conception, implementation, and control of processes, systems, and structures
Management of respective teams and employees

Qualifications:

Solid experience as a startup founder and in building companies
Experience in pragmatically building and iterating young organizations / startups
High operational implementation strength ("cando mentality") and solutionoriented work attitude with the desire to also "pitch in" operationally
Experience in motivating colleagues and leading them both in terms of content and operationally
High interest in or
