As an employee in our branches, you will help our customers find the perfect products from our diverse range to enhance their style or try out new trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

Together with your colleagues, you will provide your customers with a great shopping experience, from a friendly greeting to expert advice and excellent service at the cash register.
You will ensure that our customers feel comfortable, quickly understand their needs, and offer all products and additional items to create the perfect style.
Through your dedication, you will not only turn our customers into regulars, but also into Görtz Card customers. You will offer our customers all multichannel services so they can get their desired item at Görtz.
You are familiar with the sales goals of the branch and, together with the team, do your best to achieve them.
You will ensure that every item is in its place and that our shoes and accessories are optimally presented on the sales floor.
