    Property Manager (m/f/d) A-Z for a national property management company specializing in commercial and residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • You will be responsible for managing ongoing rental agreements
  • You will monitor and report on any rental arrears
  • You will create operating and annual statements
  • You will handle insurance matters and communicate with external parties

REQUIREMENTS:


  • You have completed a vocational training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or have an equivalent qualification gained through professional experience in a similar position
  • You have basic knowledge of rental law and creating utility cost statements in the real estate sector
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office programs
  • You have German language skills at C1 level and ideally good English skills
  • You work independently, precisely, and organized
