- Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients as required
- Work in collaboration with the healthcare team, implement and document individualized care plans incorporating age specific considerations, including discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
- Assist with special tests and procedures, ensure proper consent has been obtained.
- Participate in orientation and assume preceptor responsibilities upon successful completion of training.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational opportunities.
- Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Prov or Prof Rescuers within 30 days
- Nationally certified in area of specialty (nonessential)
- PALS, TNCC and/or ENPC (nonessential)

Join the team We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. In this role, you will work within the nursing process to ensure patients receive safe direct care. You will also provide clinical leadership for other staff members and assume relief charge duties when designated. As a role model, you will promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Physical conditions: Heavy work, exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people. The physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.
