    Senior Vice PresidentIs This Your Dream Job?As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the candidate screening process and contribute to the administrativefunctions of our recruitment efforts.

    No prior recruiting experience is necessary - we welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds anda passion for making a positive impact.


    Our Ideal Candidate :
    Recent graduate or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills with a willingness to learn (Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom)

    A positive attitude and a quick learnerProven interpersonal skills in a team environmentAttention to detail and a commitment to performing administrative tasksHow You Will Spend Your Day:
    Making initial contact with applicants via phone and emailConducting thorough candidate screening through interviews, database searches, and social media outreachCollaborating with the Direct Hire Recruiter team to develop engaging recruiting strategiesManaging and posting job board and social media postingsAssisting in organizing candidate-focused events, including Open Houses and Career Mapping workshopsContributing to the onboarding process by processing paperwork, including applications, I9s, and timesheetsEntering and properly coding candidate information into the databaseWhy Join Us?
