    Operating as a regional airline in the United States, Air Wisconsin Airlines performs flying services for American Airlines as American Eagle throughout the Midwest and East Coast, operating CRJ-200 regional jets.     Following routine procedures or detailed instruction, responsible for performing a variety of administrative and support functions required by the Recruiting department.

    Job Functions:

    • Promotes and fosters a safe and secure operating environment.
    • Monitors candidates throughout recruitment and background process and coordinates with the hiring managers for start date information.
    • Reviews applications and corresponds with applicants with inquiries.
    • Acts as a point of contact for candidates scheduled for an interview session to assist with travel concerns and schedule adjustments.
    • Assists with the coordination and facilitation of onsite recruiting events.
    • Manages the Recruiting department's inventory of promotional items and displays.
    • Responsible for assisting with auditing and maintenance of the candidate tracking systems and coordination of these various systems into a central tracking tool.
    • Reviews incoming FAA required compliance paperwork. Coordinates with candidates to obtain missing and incomplete paperwork in accordance with FAA regulations.
    • Coordinates new hire classes.
    • Assists with pre-employment drug testing and fingerprinting in compliance of Federal regulations and Company policy.
    • Assists with the facilitation of New Hire Orientation.
    • Maintains department recordkeeping, forms and files.
    • Performs administrative functions – data entry, preparing letters, reports and memos, some of which will be confidential.

    Required Competencies:

    • Judgment and initiative are necessary in setting priorities in providing administrative support for the department. Must determine if unusual problems with routine procedures require involvement of others.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to communicate fluently in English.

    Education & Experience:

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • At least one year of business experience of an administrative nature
    • Strong Organizational skills

    Preferred:

    • Experience in human resources/employee relations

    • Communication Skills
