- Perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines
- Monitor the cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly
- Micro-cleaning all surfaces within the controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors
- Responsible for participating in continuous training: OSHA training, technical skills, safety per project site requirements, performance improvement
- Detail document control
- Follow customer standard operating procedures in precise detail including documentation
- Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions
- Review changes to the scope documentation with the Project Manager
- Assist in the cross training of new personnel
- Fosters a consistent flow of communication with team and leadership
- Maintains the ability to take pro-active and creative approaches in resolving any challenges
- Complete work order paperwork and notify supervisor of any special circumstances
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work area
- Be able to drive company vehicles to and from client locations
- Responsible for care and cleanliness of cleaning equipment and vehicles
- Report to work on time and in proper uniform
- Physical demands; while performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand and walk, frequently required to use hands to fingers, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift and climb, talk and hear, frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand, kneel and squat for extended periods of time
- Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner
- Follow rules, policies, regulations as outlined in company handbook
- Communicate issues, concerns and questions to supervisor
- Effectively accomplish assigned work and efficiently coordinate resources to address needs

- Ensure consistent, accurate communication and alignment of efforts within the team
- Continuously be available to travel and maintain a valid drivers license
- Adherence to all policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED required
- OSHA Fall Protection or OSHA-10 certification highly desired
- 1 year of cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working on commercial construction projects will be considered in leu of diploma/GED
- Demonstrated ability using cleaning chemical components safely is required
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations required
- Valid driver license required
- Possess customer service, initiative and problem solving skills
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), color vision (identify and distinguish color), depth perception (three-dimensional vision, judge distances and spatial relationships) and ability to adjust focus (bring an object into sharp focus) required
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to all levels of the company and clients
- Ability to work on ladders and aerial lifts at various heights
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and weekends, as needed with ability to adjust schedule to meet business needs; ability to travel extensively

Description
The Construction Response Team member is a critical role on the team which ensures the proper cleaning of data centers and detailed final cleaning of high visibility new construction projects across the country. Additional accountabilities include but are not limited to: maintaining safety protocols to deliver best in class services; be a dependable self-starters and motivated to grow and learn; role requires extensive out of town travel; accountability, and the ability to work within a team; and have a commitment to deliver the highest level of customer service possible. Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements, drug screening and background check. The Construction Response Team is a traveling team.
