• This position reports to the Field Service Manager and is responsible for cleaning, servicing and chemically treating pools of our customers. A valid drivers license and Pool cleaning Experience with other pool cleaning companies is required. _

• 
  This position requires the associate to be 21 years of age or older, have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions:
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds repetitively and often.
• Must be legal to work in the State of Texas.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.
• Must have a valid and in good standing Texas drivers license.
• Must have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
• Must have 1 year of experience working as pool technician for another pool cleaning companies

• Secures service accounts performing outstanding customer service, using an assigned pickup truck and pool cleaning equipment plus pool chemicals provided.
• Performs water testing on the field
• Maintain profitable pool service route
• Maintain paper work and records
• Daily care of cleaning vehicle
• Conduct excellent customer service, develop great relationships with customers.
• Understand different filter systems, water circulation, pumps and other pool equipment and operations.
• Adhere to Pinch a Penny pool maintenance procedures.
