.We are seeking a skilled Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our expanding team. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, your primary responsibility will be to clean our clients' carpets to impeccable standards. This entails assessing the condition of the carpet, selecting the appropriate tools, techniques, and cleaning materials, and delivering high-quality results. Additionally, providing exceptional customer service and offering insights on carpet maintenance will be crucial aspects of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients' homes and offices to assess the condition of their carpets.
- Utilize a variety of tools, techniques, and cleaning products to effectively clean floors and carpets.
- Operate drying machines to ensure carpets are thoroughly dried.
- Move and reset furniture as necessary to facilitate cleaning.
- Upsell clients on higherend products and services to enhance their cleaning experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a carpet cleaning technician preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in common carpetcleaning techniques and tools.
- Physical capability to lift furniture and sustain standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation (Truck, Van, or SUV) required.
- Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.

Pay:
$40, $120,000.00 per year
