We are looking for a:
Pedagogical Specialist (m/f/d)

SPA, Educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification

Job Description:
Pedagogical work in the nursery

Implementation of the inclusive educational concept in a multicultural facility "Diversity as Enrichment"
Conceptual development of the pedagogical concept of open work with a attachmentoriented approach / fixed reference groups and individuals
Placing the child's individuality at the center of work through observation and documentation

for 35 hours / week

You bring with you:

Completed training as an educator, SPA or recognition as a pedagogical specialist required
Willingness to engage in constructive discussions on scientific and political topics in the field
Collaboration with families based on a resourceoriented approach
Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible working hours within opening hours: 6:00 am 6:00 pm
