In order to continue successfully caring for our bath guests, we are currently seeking a full-time Group Leader (m/f/d) for the areas of cleaning and wellness at our Badezentrum Ringallee in Brandywine, MD.

Your responsibilities:

Leading and motivating employees, providing technical support
Monitoring work and ensuring timely and uninterrupted execution
Providing materials and supplies
Conducting quality checks and addressing any issues
Ensuring compliance with work, environmental, and safety regulations
Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling, arranging coverage, planning meetings, and coordinating vacations
Planning trainings, seminars, and internal workshops for cleaning and wellness
Operating and monitoring saunas and related technical equipment, as well as providing assistance and advice to guests

Your profile:

Completed training as a building cleaner (m/f/d) with additional qualification as a building cleaning master (m/f/d)
Friendly and customeroriented demeanor
Independent, flexible, and reliable work ethic with initiative
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Valid driver's license (Class B)
