Responsibilities:

We need your support in the following areas:

  • As a point of contact for employees, specialists, and managers, you will handle all personnel-related issues and personnel administration. You will accompany the entire employee life cycle from hiring to departure.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining personnel master data and digital personnel files in our HR management tool, Personio, as well as managing working time accounts, vacation and sick leave (e.g. retrieving electronic medical certificates), and preparing various reports.
  • You will handle onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as creating contracts or any other personnelrelated documents and employment references.
  • You will be the contact person for questions related to labor, wage tax, and social security law in collaboration with the HR management team.
  • You will prepare monthly payroll for employees using Personio and coordinate with our tax advisors.
