Your future responsibilities:

Sales activities to acquire new clients
Development and maintenance of existing customer relationships to identify personnel needs
Scheduling and dispatching of employees to client companies
Independent management and motivation of external employees
Individual support and advice for clients and employees on all matters

Your profile:

Completed vocational training, ideally as a personnel services specialist (m/f/d)
Along with initial work experience in active sales preferably in personnel services you have a sense for trends and their development in the market
You can set impulses and inspire others with your ideas
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, commitment and loyalty are values that you live by
You are a team player with empathy and a strong service orientation
